Eugene P. Fitzgerald, President
Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of Ball State University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees. He has thirty years of public accounting experience, serving the audit, accounting and business consulting needs of small and medium-size businesses.
Mr. Fitzgerald is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society, for which he has served as President of the Indianapolis Chapter. In addition, he has provided community leadership through directorships with the Meridian/Kessler Neighborhood Association, Orchard School, Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School, Parkview Preschool, and Broad Ripple Haverford Little League.

Stanley E. Isaac, Vice President
Upon graduation from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, Mr. Isaac joined a national accounting firm where he was a tax supervisor, after which he joined a local firm as the partner in charge of the tax department. He joined Fitzgerald | Isaac p.c. in 1986.
Mr. Isaac's experience has been in tax planning, administration and compliance for small business, financial, and not-for-profit entities as well as individuals and estates.
He has been a lecturer for the Indiana CPA Society, Indiana Continuing Legal Education Foundation and other organizations. Mr. Isaac, who has a Master of Business Administration degree from Indiana University, has served as an officer or committee chairman for the Indianapolis Estate Planning Council and Indiana CPA Society. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
